Remarks

  1. Package includes Office365, Server, PC, LAN, WAN installations and services, including OS re-installation, patch downloads, virus clearance, LAN-WAN connectivity and security, database and backup maintenance, data migration, etc. on Microsoft platform.
  2. On-site I.T. man hours could be used for both project-based and adhoc service based, including after office hours service (after 1pm Saturdays, whole days Sundays and bank holidays) which hours would be counted double but subject to engineers availability.
  3. While United Tech. would do (or recommends customer to do) data backup prior to all data-sensitive services, especially data migration service, United Tech. would not be held liable for data loss during service in any case.
  4. All software installation media would be provided by customer. United Tech. would not be held liable for illegitimate installation in any case.
  5. For each service visit, customer required to sign service report with service hours used indicated for service administration purpose. United Tech. would provide service updated service summary list to customer upon request.
  6. In cases that requested I.T. support service could be done via remote (as determined by United Technologies engineer), service manhours would be counted with minimal 0.5 manhours deduction per remote service incident.
  7. No expiry date nor refund on unused labor hours in any case.
