SmartBusiness 是一個線上智能營商系統(Web-based)，連接及整合ABSS-MYOB會計系統，內置POS和CRM功能讓零售業的你在任何時間及任何地方同時管理銷售和會計，掌握多個來源的數據時更加得心應手。

SmartBusiness涵蓋不同範疇的管理功能，包括零售、客戶、商品、推廣(優惠)、批發以及採購管理，方便快捷。

Functions & Features 特色功能

Retail 零售:

>Creat & record new retail customer information, vip points, multiple level selling price, receive money by foreign currency, deposit order, sales return & refund, day-end session, variable item
>Retail sales with Serial Number, Batch Number (Lot#), Expiry Date, Item Variation (eg: different colour, size)
>Print receipt by docket printer and small ticket size
>Integrated with AliPay & WeChatPay
>Support retail sales taxation

WholeSales 批發:

>Create and record new wholesales customer information, multiple level selling price, last selling price,
multiple currency (actual rate or abss foreign currencies table rate), multiple location selection for shipment
>Sales invoice with Serial Number, Batch Number (Lot#), Expiry Date, Item Variation (eg: different colour, size)
>Save sales order template and recurring sales order
>Sales approval function with SalesPerson, Admin & Manager levels, email notification, WhatsApp notification through api integration
>A4 size documents of sales invoice & sales delivery order
>Upload and storage of wholesales related document
>Support & assign job number for line item

>View and edit the number of days in arrears in a variety of ways, such as before the end of the month
>View the most recent sale price
>You don’t need to open ABSS to add customers directly to SmartBusiness

• 透過客戶電話號碼自動生成客戶Whatsapp 網址，不受時間區域限制下即時聯絡客戶
• 自定義内容以跟進客戶需求，並選擇跟進日期，供以後查詢
• 查看及以多種方式編輯結欠日數 (如月尾前)
• 查看最近銷售價格
• 無需打開ABSS，直接在SmartBusiness中新增客戶

 

Inventory Items 商品:

>Create new item information, item transfer with moving slip, view inventory qty by location,
>multiple item price level, quick check “out of stock” item, two item numbers (internal & external)
>Available setting of Serial number, Batch number (Lot#), Expiry date & Variable for each item
>Item Promotion Period feature, Buy Qty X has price Y, Buy Qty X has discount Y, role price,
standard price

Web Enquiry 查詢:

Form enquiry stored into SmartBusiness enquiry module and assign salesperson to follow up (Office365 Graph API integration)
>客戶填寫表格後的查詢，會儲存於SmartBusiness的查詢模組，並指派銷售人員跟進
 

Email Marketing (eDM Blast) 電郵推廣:

>eBlast to target customers with view email tracking
>群發電郵給指定的客戶，追蹤客戶點擊電郵的觀看密度
 

Promotion 推廣:
